We want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains when refunds may be issued for purchases made through our payment partner (e.g., Paddle) for sticker packs on StickersDoChat, a product of UI-WOW, Inc.

2. Refund eligibility

  • Accidental duplicate purchases of the same pack.
  • Technical issues that prevent delivery or use of purchased sticker credits and cannot be resolved by support within a reasonable time.
  • Where required by applicable consumer protection laws.

3. Non-refundable

  • Sticker credits that have been substantially used.
  • Change-of-mind after successful delivery and usage of credits.
  • Misuse or violations of our Terms of Service.

4. How to request a refund

Contact us at [email protected] with your order details (email, order ID, date, and a description of the issue). If your purchase was processed by Paddle, you may also contact Paddle Support directly and copy us on the request.

5. Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Processing times may vary by provider and bank.
